Rex Holding is a advisory firm based in Latvia and represented also in Norway. We specialise in M&A and capital raising for mid-market companies across six sectors: Energy, aviation, defence, manufacturing, and startups. We work in small teams so every client has direct access to a senior advisor from the first call to closing.

Meet the Team

Meet the Team Behind Rex-Holding

Norwegian entrepreneur with four decades of international experience. Kjell introduced CNC machine technology to the Norwegian market in the 1980s and subsequently built manufacturing operations across Europe and the CIS. He is CEO for CHB Holding to connect the capital and operational expertise needed to execute complex cross-border transactions. He leads all senior client relationships and major mandates personally.

Kaspars serves as Senior Advisor at Rex Holding, responsible for financial oversight, capital structure advisory, and coordinating the firm’s operations. With a background in corporate finance and business development, and direct experience in the Latvian and Nordic markets, he bridges the financial and operational dimensions of every mandate the firm undertakes in the region.

Arthur brings six years of experience in private equity and corporate finance . He focuses on buy-side / sell-side / capital raising mandates across aviation and manufacturing  sectors. He joined Rex Holding in 2024 and works closely with founders and corporate teams preparing for transactions.

Ricards focuses on investment opportunities in AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. His background in AI industry gives him direct insight into how technology businesses are valued and scaled. At Rex Holding he leads mandates in the technology sector and supports deal sourcing for investors seeking exposure to next-generation digital assets.

Oddbjørn specialises in real asset transactions — data centre infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, dual-use properties, and corporate relocation. He has advised investors and corporate clients on cross-border acquisitions and developments in Nordics, with particular expertise in optimising capital structures for complex, multi-jurisdiction deals. Direct experience in property transactions, dual-use infrastructure, manufacturing facilities.

Shuwekshya manages client communications and external-facing marketing at Rex Holding. She is the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and ensures every client and partner interaction is handled clearly and professionally. She coordinates outreach campaigns, maintains digital brand presence, and supports the production of pitch materials and deal documentation.
