3. Scope of Services

Rex Holding provides advisory, introductory, and consulting services relating to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, investment structuring, and related strategic matters, primarily across the Baltic and Nordic markets and the energy, manufacturing, startup, defence, and aviation sectors.

In providing the Services, Rex Holding:

• Does not act as a regulated investment firm, broker-dealer, or licensed financial intermediary, and does not hold, manage, or have custody of client funds or securities.
• Does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, except where explicitly agreed in writing under a specific engagement.
• Does not guarantee that any introduction will result in a completed transaction, that capital will be raised, or that any particular investment or business outcome will be achieved.
• May amend, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or Services at any time, including without prior notice, for maintenance, legal, or business reasons.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or business capacity (rather than as a retail consumer seeking regulated financial advice) and that you have the authority to engage with us on behalf of any company or organisation you represent.
